Psychological Therapy for Young People and Adults

Our work has a particular focus on young people and adults experiencing relational and interpersonal difficulties that impact emotional wellbeing, identity or day-to-day functioning.  Interpersonal and relational difficulties are a common reason people seek support.  You may notice frequent conflict, challenges communicating thoughts or emotions, fear or worry within relationships, or ongoing difficulties forming and maintaining healthy connections.  These difficulties may show up as:

Intense or overwhelming emotional responses

High sensitivity to stress or interpersonal situations

Ongoing feelings of distress, irritability, anger, or impulsivity

Difficulty regulating emotions or recovering from emotional experiences

Young people and adults may also struggle with a stable sense of identity.  This can include feeling uncertain about who they are, experiencing shifts in self-image, difficulty setting or achieving goals, or persistent feelings of emptiness or self-criticism.  Our work focuses on supporting clients to build insight, emotional resilience and the confidence to engage with life and relationships with greater courage and authenticity.

Psychological therapy is available for young people and adults online and face to face on a short-term or long-term basis.  Please request a free, no-obligation, 15-minute consultation.

Young People

Adolescence is a pivotal period of personal growth, characterised by both emotional and social challenges.  The challenges faced by young people can be complex and interconnected and are best supported through care that is both compassionate and developmentally informed.  We provide a safe, supportive space to help young people navigate this stage of life, build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships and develop practical coping skills that promote healthy, positive growth.
